What happens to the details you give us when you book online.
What we collect
The booking form asks for your name, phone number, service, date, time and any notes you add. We don’t ask for payment details.
How we use it
Only to hold your appointment and to contact you about it. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else for their own use.
Where it’s kept
Your booking is saved as an event in the studio’s Google Calendar. The website has no customer database of its own. It connects to that one calendar only to check open times and add bookings.
Services the site relies on
The site is hosted on Netlify, which handles your request when you book. Your IP address is used briefly to limit spam and isn’t saved with your booking. The site also loads fonts from Google, and the contact page shows a Google Map. Those companies handle that data under their own privacy policies.
Changing or removing your details
Call (604) 846-1177 to change or cancel a booking, or to ask us to delete your details.
